Data Room Notice

1. Purpose of this Notice

This notice explains the basic access, security and use principles of the protected Speechless data room. It supplements the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and any separate confidentiality or access documentation.

2. Access Only for Authorized Investors

The data room is intended solely for users who have been pre-registered and authorized by Speechless AG. Public self-registration is not available.

3. Confidentiality and Access Protection

The data room contains confidential information. Access is personal and non-transferable. Any unauthorized disclosure, circumvention of access restrictions or use outside the approved purpose is prohibited.

4. No Download, No Redistribution

Unless expressly released otherwise in writing, content in the data room may not be downloaded, copied, exported, forwarded or otherwise used outside the protected access environment.

5. Mandatory Security Logging

To protect the confidentiality and integrity of the data room, Speechless AG uses mandatory technical logging and security mechanisms. These record security-relevant and access-relevant usage events and serve in particular:

• access control,
• misuse detection,
• traceability of document access,
• system security,
• protection of confidential information.

This security tracking forms an integral part of data room operations.

6. Viewer and Platform Components

Certain content may be displayed through integrated SharePoint or Microsoft viewer functionality. The use of such components is limited to the approved display environment and does not create any right to download or otherwise exploit the content.

7. Suspension or Withdrawal of Access

Speechless AG reserves the right to suspend, restrict or withdraw access in whole or in part at any time, in particular in the event of security concerns, breaches of confidentiality or usage rules, or where the legitimate basis for access no longer exists.
